GRAPES: Sangiovese 80% and native varieties 20%
VINIFICATION: The grapes are vinified in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, where they naturally also carry out the malolactic fermentation.
AGING: in steel for 4 months. In bottle for at least 2 months.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13.50% vol. PRODUCTION: 100,000 bottles.
COLOR: ruby red with purple reflections. SMELL: direct, intense and clean. It opens with typical hints of Sangiovese: floral violets. TASTE: soft and fresh in the mouth. The tannins are young but ripe and well balanced by the body and freshness. Good taste olfactory persistence.
